Pricing
Retreats are private; no other group will be booked during your dates.
Retreats are booked as a group and we invoice as a group (not per individual).
The invoice will be sent to the contact person for the group.

Check-in: Tuesday @ 9:00 am
Check-out: Friday @ 9:00 am
Retreat Stay Total: $800 + 12% tax = $896 (Group Total; not individual)
Deposit due at time of booking: $112
Remaining balance due no less than 30 days prior to retreat stay: $784
(Payable as one lump sum with debit/credit card/ACH; no mailed checks please)

Full Deposit Refund when contact person cancels 90 days or more prior to retreat stay;
No Deposit Refund when cancelled within 90 days of retreat stay;
No Refund on Remaining Balance when cancelled within 30 days of retreat stay.
Tree City Craft Retreats is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged goods, or any bodily injury/illness of any guests how-so-ever caused, sustained, or incurred. It is the guests' responsibility to ensure all personal items return to their vehicle prior to departure. Your stay at Tree City Craft Retreats is of your own free will and without coercion and your payment of the Deposit and Remaining Balance is an understanding that you are staying with Tree City Craft Retreats at your own risk and will not hold any owner or related companies liable for any reasons.
